Arrive with Aaram

 

The WFH group of employees no longer have their usual processes for separating. At work they had the commute, they had coworkers, etc.

 

We arrive onto our yoga mat over the course of the whole practice

 

We arrive into a meditative state

 

Arrive to our dinner table, to our office, to our family etc.

 

Naturally we take a few breaths before we do something big to get mentally set. What if we brought that awareness and focus to everything we do?

 

To arrive somewhere means you are truly entirely present and ready, bringing on a state of calm that is not associated with sleepiness but rather a relaxed state of being alert.
