For your most impactful employees, Aaram's WFH Wellness Program is meant to help them create ways of being more present in their lives and more effective at their jobs.
It is a 12 day course, covering one work week, that weekend, and the following work week.
Day 1-5:
Create ways to arrive at home
Day 6-7:
Create ways to change routine but also decide what to hold on to
Recognize that the weekend is 28.5% of the week. Your weekend habits are 1/3 of your life.
Day 8-12:
Practice what we've been exposed to. Determine what might work and what doesn't.
